Administrative Project Manager

As our Administrative Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our team. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to identify and engage top candidates, support client relationships, and deliver targeted marketing that drives results. You will work closely with experienced recruiters, contributing to both the strategic and day-to-day operations of executive search projects.

What You Will Do

• Conduct targeted online research to identify potential candidates using a variety of online tools such as LinkedIn, indeed etc.
• Research industry trends, market data, and competitive insights for marketing materials and client communications.
• Assist in creating and disseminating recruiting and marketing content such as social media posts, email messaging, and newsletters.
• Coordinate timelines, reports, and communications to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2+ years of prior human resources, recruiting, office support, or marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong internet research skills with the ability to quickly find accurate, relevant information.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills for professional, client-ready materials.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

Salary: $23-27 dollars per/hour plus bonus potential, Perks, and Generous benefits.
