A London-based construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing residential or commercial team. This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead high-quality projects across London whilst playing a key role within a collaborative and ambitious consultancy.

The successful Senior Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager looking for greater responsibility, strong client exposure and a clear route towards Associate level.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role

• Managing residential or commercial projects
• Leading consultant and contractor teams
• Acting as the primary client contact
• Undertaking Project Management, EA and CA duties
• Managing programmes, budgets and risk
• Chairing project meetings
• Supporting junior staff development The Senior Project Manager
• Previous construction consultancy experience
• Residential and/or commercial project experience
• Employer's Agent and Contract Administration exposure
• Degree qualified
• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills In Return?
• £65,000 - £75,000
