What you would doTypical responsibilities could include

• Coordinating clinical project delivery, from initiation through to completion
• Managing timelines, milestones and status reporting for stakeholders
• Supporting cross-functional teams across clinical, operational and administrative functions
• Communicating with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress
• Contributing to the delivery of healthcare initiatives that support patient care
• Documenting project activity and maintaining project records
• Working collaboratively to resolve challenges and keep projects on track

What you could bringMost roles of this type require the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Experience in project coordination or delivery within a healthcare, clinical or regulated environment
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies and project planning tools
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• UK work authorization

Nice-to-have

• Agile or project management certification
• Experience with healthcare compliance or regulatory requirements
• Exposure to clinical trial or quality improvement projects
