Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.

Key Responsibilities

• o AI program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization)o Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours)o Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.)o Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)

Basic Qualifications

• Program management experience managing across teams, managing timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products completed on time.
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with Asana
• Experience with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Stakeholder management
• Event coordination experience
• Project Management certification (PMP)
• The salary range for this position is $58/hr to $62/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
