Role Description The SAP Program Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for leading complex SAP programs end-to-end, including planning, governance, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Day-to-day activities include overseeing multiple SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation goals. The SAP Program Manager will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes, translate requirements into SAP solutions, and provide strategic guidance on best practices.

The role also involves risk and issue management, status reporting, and continuous improvement of project management methods and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management skills, including governance, planning, and coordination of multiple workstreams.
• Have worked on implemening Public cloud solutions for large customers.
• Hands-on SAP Project Management experience, with a track record of delivering SAP initiatives on time and within scope.
• Solid understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to align SAP solutions to business needs.
• Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, advisory capabilities, and facilitation of workshops and decision-making.
• Proficient Project Management skills covering scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and status reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ERP, SAP AI Business Suite, or related SAP technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid and cross-cultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation initiatives and adapt to evolving technologies and client needs.
