Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, OCI

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is experiencing rapid growth to support the next generation of AI-driven workloads. We are looking for an accomplished Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead engagement and AI capacity buildout for our largest enterprise customers. In this pivotal role, you will own end-to-end execution across customer needs, data center design, engineering, and infrastructure.

This position is highly visible and influential, where you will play a crucial role in driving OCI business decisions, investment priorities, and regional capacity strategies. You will navigate through complex problem spaces, with incomplete requirements and intricate architectural tradeoffs, significantly impacting OCI's long-term platform direction and customer commitments.

To excel in this role, you should possess

• Exceptional Technical Expertise: You will engage deeply in technical discussions and translate customer AI and infrastructure requirements into scalable OCI architectures.
• Leadership: Oversee large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders (customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams), ensuring clear ownership, roadmaps, and milestones for on-time delivery.
• Best Practices Development: Define and operationalize frameworks and playbooks for efficient AI capacity onboarding and region readiness, allowing OCI to scale parallel delivery.
• Effective Communication: Articulate progress and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Mentorship: Elevate the standards of technical program management within OCI by modeling strong judgment and execution rigor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience as a hands-on technical program or product manager, ideally within cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle management with experience in launching customer-facing cloud services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with varied audiences.
• Proficient in navigating dynamic, customer-focused environments.
• Experience in datacenter or cloud infrastructure development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with large-scale GPU infrastructure, including data center operations.
• Strong understanding of various public cloud services (OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

This role is located at Oracle's Seattle, WA office. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $109,200 to $223,400 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and more.
