Program Manager, Go-to-Market (contract)

Our client is a leading global technology company that operates one of the world's largest consumer and developer platforms, serving billions of users worldwide. Through its digital ecosystem, the company empowers developers and partners to build engaging experiences, reach global audiences, and drive innovation at scale.

They are currently seeking a GTM Operations Manager to lead cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) programs and drive seamless execution across business, product, engineering, and marketing teams.

This is a 12 months contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate program plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to drive execution.
• Manage program governance, executive status updates, documentation, and communication cadence.
• Develop program communications and supporting materials for internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and leverage data and AI-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, preferably involving global GTM initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite), Figma, AI tools (e.g., Claude Code), and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Prior experience in marketing programs, sales operations, or commercial program management is an advantage.
