As an Engagement Lead, you will own end‑to‑end client engagements, leading the creation and delivery of AI Co‑Workers from initial discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, and full production deployment.

This role is designed for experienced consultants who enjoy moving beyond advisory work into hands‑on delivery, taking accountability for outcomes, not just recommendations.

If you come from a consulting background, this role gives you: True end‑to‑end ownership of client outcomes (not just analysis or slideware) Direct accountability for delivery, value realisation, and execution The opportunity to apply consulting rigour to real AI builds that go live Senior‑level exposure without the layers of internal approval common in large firms A chance to move from telling clients what to do to leading teams that actually do it

What You Will Do

• You will lead complex, multi‑disciplinary engagements by: Partnering with clients to identify operational, functional, and technical constraints that AI Co‑Workers can remove, automate, or materially improve Structuring value drivers, business cases, and success measures aligned to strategic outcomes Translating client needs into clearly scoped business and technical requirements Designing the logical flow of AI Co‑Workers, applying state‑of‑the‑art AI and learning model techniques to optimise decisions and task execution Owning the delivery roadmap and deployment plan for each AI Co‑Worker Leading delivery through Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production Deployment Acting as the primary FSAI representative throughout the engagement lifecycle Running and prioritising day‑to‑day delivery activities across AI Developers, QA/QC, and Engineering teams Managing dependencies, removing blockers, and maintaining delivery pace, quality, and transparency Doing whatever is reasonably required to ensure the commercial success, delivery excellence, and reputation of Future Secure AI What You’ll Bring We are particularly interested in candidates with consulting firm experience, who bring: Proven experience leading complex client engagements or delivery programs at a consulting firm Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate ambiguous client requests into executable AI solutions Experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams (engineering, data, QA, product, or similar) Confidence acting as a trusted senior client partner, including at executive and steering‑committee level Excellent planning, prioritisation, and execution skills in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments Comfort working across strategy, technology, and delivery, rather than in a single silo A bias toward ownership, accountability, and high‑quality outcomes Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics is highly valued, though hands‑on technical development is not required.
