About the Role

Looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and web portal initiatives. You will work closely with Product Sponsors, IT, and cross-functional business teams to define product vision, drive MVP scope, and manage the full product lifecycle from inception to launch using Agile methodology.

Must Haves

• 7+ years of digital product management experience leading web portal development, deployment, and enterprise application integration programs
• Proven end-to-end product lifecycle ownership — from requirements and MVP scoping through UAT, launch, and hypercare
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
• Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to communicate effectively across business teams, IT, PMO, vendors, and executive leadership
• Experience managing scope, budget, risk, and change control across multiple simultaneous workstreams
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills — SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Teams
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years total experienceNice to Haves
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile/Project Management certification
• Experience with web portal integrations and enterprise application ecosystems
• Background in change management coordination and organization-wide rollouts
• Familiarity with environmental services, waste management, utilities, or industrial enterprise environments
• Experience managing or coordinating with external vendors to drive project delivery
