Trident Consulting is seeking a "Product Owner / Scrum Master” for one of our clients in "Atlanta, GA"
Job Title: Product Owner / Scrum Master
Location:Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 1 year w/ extension
Type: Contract (W2)
Rate:$48/hr
Client Interviews Will Be in Person (Required)
Take care of the requirement refinement for all Payment RAILs
Technically involved in documenting the requirement, Knowledge of JSON, YAML, Documentation
Run Scrum ceremonies
Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards
Experience with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Own end-to-end requirement refinement across all Payment RAILs (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, etc.) and translate business needs into developer-ready documentation and user stories
Technically involved in documenting requirements using JSON, YAML, and REST API specs with strong attention to detail.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payment solutions.
Work proficiently with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and end-to-end payment processing flows.
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in fintech or banking.
Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
