Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role is based in Singapore River in a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site presence and work from home. The role involves analyzing business processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Key day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing reports and dashboards, and translating data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, optimize workflows, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role also includes communicating findings through presentations and written documentation, ensuring that technical and non-technical audiences can act on the insights provided.

• Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills, including defining Business Requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in understanding and improving Business Processes, with a focus on efficiency and governance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is beneficial.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support management decision-making is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and adapt to changing business needs is important.
