Business Analyst

The role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and testing teams to analyze requirements, support delivery planning, and maintain clear project documentation.

Business Analyst who combines business analysis capability, insurance domain awareness, and sufficient technical understanding to work effectively across business and technology teams

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related domain
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and supporting delivery documentation
• Comfortable working with developers, architects, testers, and other technical stakeholders
• Able to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and system interactions at a functional level
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Able to navigate complex projects involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and dependencies
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
