Over the past few years, we've built our own software platform from the ground up. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Software Developer to help us scale and improve our systems, build new features, and create better tools for both our team and our clients.

We're open to applications from experienced developers, junior developers and recent graduates. If you're passionate about software and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As part of our development team, you'll work across a range of projects that have a real impact on our business and the people we support.

Your work will include:

• Developing new features across our web applications
• Building and maintaining back-end services and APIsWorking with databases and third-party integrations
• Improving system performance, reliability and security
• Testing, debugging and deploying software
• Collaborating with our team to turn ideas into practical solutions
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our software platform
• This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute from day one and see the impact of your work.

About You

• You'll ideally have:A passion for software development and learning new technologies
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Experience developing back-end applications, APIs and databases
• An understanding of software engineering principles and writing clean, maintainable code
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to communicate and work well within a team

Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:AWS or other cloud platformsREST APIs and third-party integrationsSecure coding practicesAI-assisted software developmentReact, TypeScript or modern JavaScript frameworksHealthcare, financial services or the NDIS sector
