Summary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations team is seeking a Data Analyst to join the ISAT Data & Automation team. This role focuses on analyzing identity data, delivering actionable insights, and building scalable automation and reporting solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically curious, and experienced in working with large datasets. You will develop dashboards, automate workflows, and operate within an agile environment, leveraging a Jira-driven backlog to deliver data, reporting, and automation capabilities that enhance IAM operational efficiency and risk visibility.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large, complex identity and access datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights to support IAM operational decision-making
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple systems and sources

Dashboarding & Reporting

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create user-friendly visualizations to communicate IAM metrics, KPIs, and compliance data
• Maintain and enhance reporting solutions to improve accuracy and usability

Automation & Low-Code Solutions

• Build workflow automations using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Develop low-code applications to streamline IAM operational processes
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation

Data Engineering & Integration

• Connect to and extract data from various structured data sources (databases, APIs, enterprise systems)
• Prepare, blend, and transform datasets using tools such as Alteryx (or similar)
• Support development of scalable data pipelines and reusable data assets

Agile Delivery Execution

• Work within a Jira-driven agile framework, managing assigned stories and tasks
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine requirements
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with IAM operations, engineering, and risk teams to understand data needs
• Translate business requirements into technical data and automation solutions
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Strong experience working with large datasets and data analytics/manipulation
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience writing business cases and presenting insights
• Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated industry
• Ability to manage and analyze complex datasets across multiple sources
• Experience with Jira in an agile delivery environment
• Proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools
