Our client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Compliance/Data Analyst for a contract opportunity. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with data, auditing information, and supporting business operations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a detail-oriented role such as operations, finance, compliance, administration, or data analysis
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas
• Experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce or NetSuite is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach to supporting internal sales and account management teams
