About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Responsibilities

• As a Forecasting Specialist, you will help to drive a key element of our RT3 workforce planning system.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the data used for labour forecasting is accurate and will help develop forecasting processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency.
• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Critically analysing complex data sets, including managing data extraction and quality assurance to interpret trends and patterns.
• Using statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
• Developing and maintaining data models to assist in resolving forecast issues.
• Performing complex data extraction, manipulation and analysis of POS and Carton Data.
• Developing data visualisations of complex datasets for discussion with stakeholders.
• Working with business stakeholders to understand data trends and help design action plans.
• Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to provide support, guidance and subject matter expertise.
