Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee daily technology operations, infrastructure support, systems administration, and enterprise IT initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management experience, with the ability to actively support and troubleshoot complex IT environments while leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and technical support activities
• Lead infrastructure, systems, networking, and cloud-related initiatives
• Provide hands-on support for enterprise applications and internal technology systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements
• Manage vendors, technology assets, and support contracts
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery efforts
• Partner with internal teams to improve technology processes and operational efficiency
• Mentor and support IT staff while promoting best practices

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise IT environments and technical teams
• Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and large-scale IT projects
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
