Junior IT Manager

The Junior IT Manager is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, applications, and technology resources operate efficiently and effectively. This individual will provide technical support to employees, help implement technology solutions across the organization, and work closely with third-party vendors to optimize existing systems and evaluate new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer various IT systems, applications, and technology platforms.
• Provide technical support to both local and remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems while delivering excellent end-user support.
• Monitor and maintain network access, data security, backup systems, and overall system performance.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup, access management, and account administration.
• Partner with third-party software vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement new solutions, and ensure systems are being utilized effectively.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve IT processes, security, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and working with external technology providers.
• Strong understanding of business applications and supporting cross-functional teams.
