IT Infrastructure Manager

You'll bring hands-on cloud and networking expertise to a highly regulated digital banking environment, owning everything from disaster recovery to AI-driven infrastructure innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement Infrastructure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to architect a scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure stack
• Manage Cloud & On-Premise Systems
• Own infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments, including selection, deployment, and optimization of solutions
• Oversee IT Assets & Data Centres
• Manage the full asset lifecycle: vendor selection, procurement, installation, maintenance, and tech refresh of hardware, networking, and security equipment
• Ensure Reliability
• Maintain monitoring and alerting systems to guarantee scalability, reliability, and security
• Lead Disaster Recovery Planning
• Develop and implement DR and business continuity plans for fast recovery from disruptions
• Manage Vendors
• Conduct due diligence and manage service quality across vendors, cloud providers, and data centres
• Plan for Capacity
• Monitor performance and capacity, proactively identifying bottlenecks and planning for growth
• Oversee Patch Management
• Ensure timely patching per SLA, with thorough pre/post-deployment testing
• Drive Security & Compliance
• Partner with the security team on access controls, vulnerability management, and audit readiness
• Lead Incident Resolution
• Coordinate incident and problem management, minimizing downtime, and lead post-mortem reporting
• Champion Continuous Improvement
• Identify automation opportunities, leverage AIOps, and support AI infrastructure solutioning; conduct regular architecture reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field7-12 years in IT infrastructure management, ideally in banking or financial services
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alicloud) with relevant certification; familiarity with DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code
• Network certification (e.g., CCNA) and experience with hardware, data centre management, and networking technologies (routers, firewalls, switches)
• Proven experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Strong vendor management and service quality assurance background
• Experience in IT Service Management and incident handling
• Excellent architecture design, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities across departments in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with stakeholders across Singapore and China
• Fintech background is a strong plus
