Finance Analyst Flywheel Input, Worldwide Amazon Business Finance

AB seeks a Finance Analyst to drive WW Flywheel Input strategic initiatives.

The role will serve as the strategic finance partner with primary focus on the core programs across AB Pricing/Selection, working with WW AB Flywheel Inputs leadership team (LT), program managers (PMs), Category Business Development (CBD) teams, and other cross-functional teams to drive value through financial controllership and strategic analysis.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for individuals who can engage business partners to drive results and who welcome the challenge of building structure and supporting high growth in a fledgling organization with senior management visibility.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
