We're partnering with a premier real estate investment platform seeking a Financial Analyst / Senior Analyst to join its Multifamily Asset Management team in Washington, DC. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career real estate professional to gain direct exposure to asset management, acquisitions, financing, and investment strategy while working alongside experienced industry leaders.

You'll play an integral role in analyzing portfolio performance, supporting investment decisions, and helping drive value creation across a nationally recognized multifamily portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Partner with property management teams to execute asset business plans and operational initiatives.
• Analyze property financial statements, rent rolls, operating budgets, and capital expenditure plans.
• Build and maintain financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses.
• Research market fundamentals, economic trends, and competitive properties to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Participate in quarterly portfolio performance presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing transactions.
• Assist with debt financing processes and lender coordination.
• Conduct property visits and market tours as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.0–2 years of relevant real estate experience, including internships.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Python or SQL experience is a plus but not required.

Willingness to work in the office five days per week and travel occasionally to property locations.
