POSITION SUMMARY

The Mid‑Level Financial Analyst supports forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analytics while ensuring accuracy of financial and master data across SAP and reporting systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and building automated reporting tools that improve decision‑making.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and clearly communicate performance drivers.
• Support month‑end close activities including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools using Power BI or advanced Excel.
• Transition existing Excel‑based reports into Power BI.
• Provide financial insights to support product, pricing, and sales decisions.

Data Integrity & Systems

• Maintain SAP master data tables and sales growth databases.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Partner with IT, Sales, and Operations to resolve data issues and improve processes.

Cross‑Functional Support

• Support project teams with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to validate assumptions and inputs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical roles.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, LOOKUPS, scenario modeling).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred; Power Automate a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
