Finance AnalystWe are seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst to support operational finance activities, capital expenditure tracking, and financial reporting across a growing, multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support cost tracking and financial accuracy across labor, materials, and third-party expenditures by maintaining financial trackers, validating coding, and ensuring alignment with operational agreements.
- Execute billing support activities, including sales order creation, invoice generation, billed vs. unbilled analysis, and customer billing support.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals, expense reviews, account reconciliations, allocations, and journal entry support.
- Maintain capital expenditure tracking and support asset setup, transfers, and financial analysis related to equipment and investment requests.
- Prepare recurring profitability reports, budgeting and forecasting analyses, and operational trend reporting to support business decision-making.
- Monitor invoice routing and approval workflows while partnering with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support the onboarding of new operational contracts by establishing financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, financial documentation, and system enhancements that support scalable growth.
- Gather, analyze, and maintain financial data across multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or month-end close activities.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems; experience with enterprise performance management tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
