Overview

About This Position

This role supports a range of experiential platforms, with a focus on culinary, golf, and hospitality-driven programs. The ideal candidate brings strong operational capabilities along with experience or familiarity across at least two of these areas, and an interest in expanding their knowledge across all three.

The role requires daily client interaction, and the candidate must possess good judgment, in-depth knowledge about the client’s business and show enthusiasm for the work. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and accuracy are a must.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute national sponsorship programs. program, hospitality and advertising. Includes planning, negotiations and contract development, executing program, hospitality and advertising.
• Work to provide client with innovative and exciting programs that meet their objectives and appeal to varied targets (dealers, owners, prospects) to heighten brand image and awareness.
• Travel - On-site event planning and management.
• Administrative - Manage, delegate and train junior staff. Support senior staff.
• Internal (Team One) projects.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency, public relations firm, experiential marketing, or related environment required.
• Experience or exposure to at least two of the following areas preferred: culinary, golf, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle environments.
• Experience working with partners, talent, venues, or events within these spaces is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation Range

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
