About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive in Denver to build relationships with restaurants and local businesses. This is a field-focused role: you will be on the ground in Denver, walking into local businesses, meeting restaurant owners, signing new partners, and owning a local territory.

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000-$95,000 per year. On-target earnings: $150,000-$200,000 with uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of local SMB restaurants and hospitality businesses.
• Complete at least 75 walk-ins per week, plus email and phone follow-up.
• Represent Pinkbot as a trusted local partner for restaurants adopting delivery robots.
• Own the full sales cycle, including cold walk-ins, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and the first month of partner success.
• Understand restaurant operations and position Pinkbot as a cost-effective alternative to traditional delivery apps.
• Maintain consistent phone, email, and in-person communication with prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure partners are onboarded successfully.

What you bring

• 3+ years of outside sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, or territory-based SMB sales experience.
• Comfort walking into businesses, starting conversations, and building trust quickly.
• A hunter mentality and a high level of ownership over your territory.
• Clear communication, strong objection handling, and the ability to earn trust with business owners.
• Coachability and a willingness to improve through feedback and repetition.

Bonus points

• Experience selling to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, or hospitality businesses.
• Experience in CPG, alcohol, beverage, food service, or local territory sales.
• Experience managing daily field visits and territory activity.
• Spanish fluency.
