The Role

Work closely with senior leadership to shape business growth strategy, identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new territories.

Represent the business across industry networking events, associations and client meetings, strengthening the company's reputation within the Austin AEC market.

Progress into a Director-level position with the opportunity to mentor junior business development professionals as the company continues to grow.
