Business Development Manager

Job Requirements

• The Business Development Manager
• Engineered Systems drives new revenue growth by developing and securing business across emerging and adjacent markets for Stark Tech’s compression and pump skid solutions.
• This role expands Stark Tech’s presence by creating new opportunities, engaging early in project lifecycles, influencing equipment specifications, and delivering engineered solutions aligned to customer and project requirements.
• Work Experience
• Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineered systems sales within industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets, required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, preferred.
• Proven experience developing new business opportunities and managing long-cycle, project-based sales, required.
• Experience working with engineering firms, EPC contractors, or industrial end users, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams, required.
