What You Bring

5-10 years of business development, sales, or account management experience—ideally in medical devices, life sciences, or engineering/regulatory consulting
A genuine ability to build trust with technical buyers
A proven track record of growing relationships over time
Confidence and presence at industry events—you work a room naturally
Strong organizational habits and reliable follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong network in the medical device industry
Columbus-based, with willingness to travel (25-40%)
