Business Development Manager

This position will be working hybrid with 3 days in office in the Polaris area.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and regional companies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic outreach.

Partner with internal recruiters to deliver top-tier candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.

Conduct client meetings and negotiations to close deals and grow revenue.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the Columbus area.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.

Experience selling services in Accounting, Finance, Administrative, or HR verticals is a strong plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with the Columbus business landscape is highly desirable.
