Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager- CAPEX Location: Remote – U.S. (Preference for Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, or Southeast Pharma Hubs)Drive the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing by leading growth initiatives across biopharma, CDMOs, cell & gene therapy, biologics, and emerging modalities.

This highly visible national role combines strategic business development, industry leadership, and technical expertise to expand market presence and shape customer success across the U.S. Pharma landscape.

• Lead national account planning and opportunity development
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity
• Partner with sales, engineering, and service teams to drive growth

About You

• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing and Pharma processing technologies
• Experience with major Pharma accounts, CDMOs, or biotech clusters
• Ability to build and lead commercial teams in technical markets
• Knowledge of bioprocessing, sterile processing, separation, or fluid handling technologies
