Aftermarket Global Marketing and Strategy Lead

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies and working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to drive brand awareness and increase sales. This individual is responsible for developing and executing promotional and marketing campaigns across a variety of media types and outlets.

Additionally the role will be responsible for analyzing marketing and industry research to drive new marketing efforts and strategy.

General

Responsibilities

• Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance Collaborate with marketing teams to execute roadmap and align go-to-market strategy and initiatives with broader enterprise activities Ensure accuracy of marketing materials Communicate all channel initiatives to necessary departments, both internal and external, to ensure visibility to channel goals & objectives Ensure successful and timely project completion through effective communication and project management Able to meet deadlines and work through challenges of timelines in the process Editing and proofreading online communications, direct mail, product literature, and internal and external communication pieces Maintain an innovative approach to all campaigns, continuing to stay up-to-date on industry trends Design and develop marketing plans and manage all communication with internal and external sources Monitor customer research activities and interpret all data for developing marketing strategies Analyze all market condition and forecast all future trends and prepare accurate various order documents Perform research related strategies and develop appropriate all related marketing plans Experience /

Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Salary Range
