About the Company

Our client is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media management, website oversight, event coordination, advertising, and sales support.

This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the marketing function, ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growing organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of marketing experience, strong digital marketing expertise, proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, content creation skills, and event management experience. The company is looking for a creative, tech-savvy self-starter who can work independently, drive marketing initiatives from concept to completion, and make an immediate impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media presence.
• Oversee website management, updates, and content development.
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and marketing programs.
• Partner with the sales team to provide marketing and sales support.
• Track and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of professional marketing experience.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Website management and content publishing experience.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000–$100,000
