Marketing Manager – Automation system manufacturer (36346)

• Global automation system manufacturer is looking for a Marketing Manager
• Automation system manufacturer to join their team near Atlanta, GA. Ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years of marketing experience for OEM (preferably industrial equipment manufacturer)
• Managing trade shows, website, advertising materials etc.
• This position is a full-time/ direct-hire position with comprehensive benefit package.
• Hybrid work is okay.

Responsibilities – Marketing Manager – Automation system manufacturer

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve pre-established revenue goals and increase occupancy
• Work with global Headquarter marketing team closely and manage marketing activities in North America market
• Identify target customers for the company, and then orchestrate a strategic plan to sell and market directly to those individuals and groups
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Direct advertising, promotional events, public relations, and digital campaigns
• Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service, attend business trips domestically

Qualification – Marketing Manager – Automation system manufacturer

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration and related field
• Must have 5+ years' experience in marketing experience for preferably OEM (preferably industrial equipment manufacturer) – Managing trade shows, website, advertising materials etc.
• Experience in business development or new venture creation is a big plus
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and/or trade show planning
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
• Has valid driver’s license
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, organizing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
