POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Manager to lead our paid media efforts across social and search platforms. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid client acquisition campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable case volume.

The ideal candidate brings a data-first mindset, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to collaborate across a dynamic marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads to drive client inquiries and case volume
• Monitor all PPC account activity daily, including budget pacing, impression share, and quality scores, and make real-time optimizations to maximize performance
• Analyze creative performance and provide actionable recommendations for copy and creative improvements to improve click-through and conversion rates
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per case, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Build and present regular performance reports for marketing leadership and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, and other marketing contributors in a matrixed environment to ensure campaign alignment and message consistency
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, identifying opportunities to scale spend in high-performing channels and reduce waste in underperforming ones
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid media opportunities relevant to professional services and B2C lead generation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, with demonstrated success managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
• B2C experience, preferably within a professional services brand or regulated industry
• Strong analytical skills with proven expertise using Google Analytics; Google Analytics certification preferred
• Proficiency with platform-native analytics tools and third-party reporting/attribution platforms
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred

• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
• Experience in legal, healthcare, or other professional services marketing
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking workflows
