Consumer Marketing Manager - North (all genders)Please note that this position is based in London (Watford) and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

Implement and continuously optimize marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, accelerate consumer acquisition, and support sustainable business growth across assigned markets.

Develop and execute regional marketing plans in alignment with global objectives and local market needs.

Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure flawless execution of retail media plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and permanent POS solutions.

Support the implementation of winning marketing plans at key accounts in close partnership with local sales teams and key stakeholders.

Identify, establish, and manage strategic brand partnerships that support business and marketing objectives.

Partner closely with global marketing teams to ensure local market insights are reflected in strategic planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Legal to ensure alignment with company processes and priorities.

Lead, develop, and support team members to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of business objectives.

Own and manage the consumer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

Drive media planning, performance tracking, AAR (After Action Review), ROI analysis, and reporting of marketing activities.

Coordinate local social media activities and ensure alignment with overall brand and communication strategies.

Generate and leverage consumer, customer, and market insights to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.

Your story so far: You have an educational background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
You have experience of working in a multinational, matrixed organization in the consumer goods industry, desirable in a global FMCG or entertainment/fashion company
You have 3-5 y experience and loves working hands on and directly with agencies and partners
You have a proven track record in developing and successfully executing marketing strategies and plans as well as building up and maintaining partnerships with external marketing agencies You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you are hungry for opportunities and for developing ways to exploit them You are, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and passionate about brands and products You are fluent in spoken and written English No kingdoms nor mountains of gold, but many other rewards:
