Today, UV Skinz serves customers across North America through our direct-to-consumer business, Amazon, wholesale partnerships, and major retailers. We are profitable, growing, and entering an exciting stage of expansion.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who loves both strategy and execution.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a large team. This is a role for someone who wants to own the day-to-day performance of our digital marketing channels and help build the systems, processes, and growth engine that a larger team will someday inherit.

You will work directly with our CEO and Fractional CMO to drive customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and scale the business responsibly.

• Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Amazon Advertising oversight
• Bing/Microsoft Ads
• Criteo and emerging acquisition channels
• Attribution and reporting through Triple Whale
• Creative testing and campaign analysis
• Weekly performance reporting and recommendations
• Budget pacing and channel allocation
• Coordination with creative, email, and retention marketingWhat Success Looks Like
• Improved blended marketing efficiency
• Strong understanding of incrementality and attribution
• Clear visibility into customer acquisition costs by channel
• Consistent testing of new creative concepts
• Thoughtful allocation of marketing budgets
• Effective collaboration across marketing, ecommerce, and finance

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google advertising
• Experience with ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
• Comfortable analyzing attribution beyond platform-reported metrics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms preferred
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
