We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with a heavy focus on digital media to join our on-site marketing team in Dallas. This is a full-time, in-person role that plays a key part in bringing our brand to life across print, digital, and social channels.

You will work closely alongside our Graphic Designer on a day-to-day basis while also partnering with the social media team to capture compelling content in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Graphic Designer in producing menus, sales collateral, branded print assets and presentations for corporate reporting.
• Support the marketing team in the creation of digital assets for deployment in email campaigns.
• Support in the capture of photo and video content on property for use across social media platforms including B2C platforms like Google My Business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in execution of content shoots.
• Edit and prepare visual content for social media use in coordination with the broader team.
• Stay current on platform trends and content formats to inform creative direction.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines across typography, color, and layout
• Maintain organized asset libraries and manage version control of brand files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Media, or a related field
• Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Premiere Pro) required
• Basic photography and videography skills with a strong visual eye
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred but not required.
