Compensation Range

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and performance standards for the enterprise's primary website and digital front door.
• Lead a dynamic, high-visibility digital roadmap and optimization strategy to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Govern enterprise email and SMS channels to ensure highly personalized, cohesive user experiences.
• Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate funnel performance and continuous conversion improvements.
• Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of digital, marketing, and analytics specialists.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive digital/customer experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity defining digital strategy.
• Deep expertise in customer journey optimization across web, email, and SMS using enterprise automation platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable, insight-driven decisions.
• Proven experience guiding marketing technology ecosystems and applying AI use cases responsibly.
