- Manage and enhance the company’s web presence, including landing pages, domains, redirects, site performance, mobile usability, hosting coordination, and conversion optimization.
- Build, maintain, and refine lead-capture forms and connected workflows to ensure accurate data flow across marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Develop and oversee paid acquisition initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, and industry publications, adjusting investment based on performance trends.
- Partner with creative contributors to shape ad messaging and produce effective visual, written, and short-form video assets that support campaign goals.
- Establish consistent campaign tracking standards and attribution practices so source reporting remains reliable and actionable.
- Produce regular performance reporting that measures lead volume and conversion outcomes by channel, and use findings to improve future marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with analytics, content, social, funnel optimization, and external partners to strengthen campaign execution and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Supervise and develop a small marketing team, providing direction, accountability, and support for day-to-day execution.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing with demonstrated success meeting lead and conversion goals.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, Marketo, and related marketing automation or integration tools.
- Proven ability to improve landing-page effectiveness, website performance, and conversion rates through testing and optimization.
- Experience translating campaign strategy into creative direction for copy, design, and video assets that drive response.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics, maintain clean tracking, and shift budget based on results.
