Performance Marketing & Digital Experience Manager

Job Summary

The Performance Marketing and Digital Experience Manager will own the

strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition programs and digital conversion experiences across Leoforce and its sister companies’ product portfolio. This role combines data driven decision-making, AI-powered innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve marketing effectiveness, enhance the buyer journey, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Support performance marketing and digital experience efforts across Leoforce and its sister companies.
• Manage paid search, paid social, retargeting, and account-based advertising, as well as drive website conversion optimization, landing page strategy, digital user experience improvements, and performance analytics.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition programs including, but not limited to, Google search, LinkedIn advertising, Display advertising, retargeting campaigns, and programmatic media.
• Manage budget planning and allocation, audience targeting strategy, campaign optimization, CAC and ROI management, account engagement programs, conversion tracking and attribution, and continuous experimentation.
• Continuously test, measure, and refine marketing programs to improve acquisition efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Own website, landing page, and digital experience optimization to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
• Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives, including user journey analysis, testing, personalization, and SEO/AEO support.
• Analyze digital performance data and implement improvements that enhance the buyer experience and business outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Leverage AI to enhance campaign performance, audience targeting, content creation, reporting, personalization, conversion optimization, and workflow automation.
• Own reporting and performance optimization across paid and digital channels, including campaign reporting, pipeline attribution, funnel and conversion analysis, budget efficiency tracking, performance forecasting, and executive dashboard support.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to support data-driven decision making and budget optimization.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution across the buyer journey.
• Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and programs that drive measurable business results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, paid media, or a related field.
• Proven success managing paid search, paid social, and digital acquisition programs.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or similar organizations.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, take ownership of initiatives, and operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Experience implementing and adopting AI marketing enablement tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in growth-oriented environments.
• Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working across cross-functional and distributed teams.

• Pardot or HubSpot experience.
• AI SaaS or HR technology experience.
• ABM experience.
• SEO/AEO experience.
• Website administration experience.
• Experience leveraging AI and agentic technologies within marketing workflows.
• Experience with enterprise sales motions and multi-threaded buying journeys.
• Experience working with global teams, including collaboration across the US, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and/or India.
