The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager owns our paid ads and SEO tasks across clients. You will assist in the overall ads strategy, and provide direction to our Paid Media Specialist who handles the day-to-day PPC and paid social execution. We are looking for someone who treats data as the foundation of every campaign, communicates clearly, and takes real ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on paid search and social directives and optimizations across primarily Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Own SEO for clients: collaborate with web dev team on technical SEO and on-page optimization, drive keyword strategy, content optimization, and content audits.
• Optimize paid and organic goals to client benchmarks and track performance.
• Review performance data and clearly communicate this data to clients and the internal team through scheduled reports and ad hoc messages.
• Collaborate with the broader team on a cohesive, multi-channel strategy.
• Partner with the design and development team on content, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Stay current on search and AI developments and share insights regularly with the team.

Must Haves

• 3 to 5 years in SEO and PPC marketing, with real depth in paid search and social.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting.
• Strong writing ability to create optimized content.
• Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Be willing to leverage generative AI to enhance client strategy.
• Google Ads certified, or willing to certify.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and workflows.
