Director Of Human Resources

Bring your HR leadership to a fast-growing, aerospace company, where your work directly supports high-impact commercial and defense projects. In this Director of Human Resources opportunity, you’ll help build HR structure and recruiting infrastructure while strengthening the employee experience in a hands-on startup environment.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director Of Human Resources position include:8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership experience.

Lead day-to-day HR operations across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.

Manage and improve HR processes, documentation, workflows, templates, SOPs, and employee lifecycle systems.

Partner with executives, managers, and employees to support performance management, coaching, corrective action, and employee relations matters.

Ensure compliance with Colorado, federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and related requirements.

Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, annual compliance activities, audits, and HR-related filings.

Support recruiting efforts with hiring managers, including prescreening, recruiting coordination, pipeline visibility, job descriptions, postings, and offer processes.

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, employment documentation, and compliance files.PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification highly desiredSalary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
