Chief Human Resources Officer

We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Human Resources Officer who thrives in fast-paced, project-based organizations where workforce planning, operational excellence, and business partnership are critical to success.

This executive will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture across a dynamic and growing global enterprise.

The ideal candidate will bring

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• A successful track record leading HR within complex, project-driven organizations operating across multiple locations and international markets.
• Extensive experience building and executing workforce strategies for both union and non-union environments, with expertise in project staffing, workforce mobility, and scaling teams to meet changing business demands.
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, change management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience building high-performing HR teams and implementing scalable people strategies that support rapid growth and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate workforce initiatives into measurable business results while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
