We’re partnered with an industry-leading medical device company just North and West of Philadelphia entering a major growth phase; they need a hands-on HR leader who can build and shape an organization.

This is a true seat at the table with the CEO. You’ll define the people strategy, upgrade talent, and install a high-performance culture that actually drives results.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of HR leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related discipline required, Master's degree and/or SHRM Certification

Medical Device or Pharma Experience Strongly
