The Role

Build and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract exceptional active and passive candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and craft compelling offers. Ensure a legendary candidate experience, reflecting the company's culture and values throughout the recruitment process. Provide valuable market and talent insights to influence hiring strategies and guide decision-making.

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting and sourcing top-tier talent. A driven, positive attitude with the ability to navigate and overcome recruitment challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing hiring leaders and partners across all levels.
