Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Semi-Conductor_Silicon Development)

Location: Austin, TX ( 4 days Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Silicon Development Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring top semiconductor talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the semiconductor industry and demonstrated success recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles, including ASIC, SoC, RTL Design, Physical Design, Design Verification (DV), DFT, STA, FPGA, Embedded Software, and related silicon development positions.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of semiconductor/silicon development recruiting experience.
• Willing to work for a Startup company
• Established network of passive and active semiconductor candidates.
• Proven ability to fill multiple niche technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and other technical recruiting channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
