What You'll Do

• Own the candidate relationship from first call through offer acceptance:
• Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
• Support offer negotiations and close placements
• Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
• Coachable mindset
• Location: Onsite in Downtown Austin, TX
