The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Harrison Clarke, you will take full ownership of the hiring process, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification and talent mapping through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement
• Build and maintain high-quality, diverse talent pipelines using a mix of data-led insights and creative sourcing strategies
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to run debriefs, refine hiring strategies, and continuously improve delivery

About You

• We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.2+ years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
