Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Austin, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to fulfill company hiring needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, managing recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The Recruiter will also participate in fostering a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
