Senior Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week)

A Boston-based financial services client is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to find and hire qualified candidates through various channels
• Provide consistent updates to applicants throughout the interview process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strong talent for frequently targeted skillsets
• Represent the company at networking and industry events & champion initiatives to enhance employer brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including managing a wide variety of requisitions independently at one time
• Professional services recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Workday experience strongly preferred
